My home is located in a contemporary 12‑unit building, and I occupy a spacious duplex on the 8th and 9th floors. The residence offers approximately 120 square meters of living space, featuring four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, a guest room, and a dedicated study. The guest room is bright, clean, and airy, furnished with a comfortable sofa mattress, and offering a pleasant view of the street below. Guests are welcome to use the main living room, the fully equipped modern kitchen, and the shared bathroom. The entire property is air‑conditioned and heated for year‑round comfort and includes high‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout.

My home is in a quiet community of the Tamsui district. There are many tourist attractions nearby including Tamsui Old Street, Mangrove Landscape, Bali Old Street, Tamsui Tianyuan Temple Cherry Blossom Viewing, Beitou Hot Spring, etc. The home is a 15-minute walk to Hongshulin MRT Station and a 5-minute walk to the light rail MRT. You can find a Western restaurant and a 7-11 convenience store just downstairs of the building. An 8-minute walk takes you to Quanlian, a medium-sized shopping mall. There are American restaurants, PIZZA stores, and Japanese light food restaurants all within a minute of walk.
